What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently TnR Products ships all purchases through our website via USPS. This keeps our cost low since we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We pride ourselves on very quick turn-arounds with all orders. Typically we ship same day or next day. Within the US you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
For international shipments it it is usually 10-14 business days, but at times can be longer due to customs in the destination country. These issues are beyond our ability to foresee or control. But again, feel free to reach out to us with any problem or concern and we will do all we can to resolve it.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We ship direct to anyone who wishes to purchase our products. Again we only use USPS in an effort to keep costs to our international friends as low as possible.
Typically the cost with USPS is a 3rd of the cost with other international shippers. Because we use USPS the delivery of an international shipment will be completed by the postal service of the country it is being shipped to.
If there is any problem with the delivery of your purchase, contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the issue. We value every customer and want you to feel like a part of our family!

Purchases through our website are transacted by PayPal. So you can pay with your PayPal account or any Credit Card PayPal accepts.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by following the prompts in our web store. Add any combination of products to your ‘shopping cart’ and click the ‘checkout’ button when you are ready to complete the order. Then you will be asked to provide shipping and payment information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. PayPal will allow you to pay with your Credit Card as a ‘guest user’, no sign up necessary.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel an order prior to that order shipping Email Us with the order confirmation number provided by PayPal and we will stop the shipment and refund your money.
If you wish to amend or change an order Email Us. We will find the best way to handle the change on a case by case basis, and do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
How Do I Track My Order?
When the purchase process is complete and we ship your order, PayPal will send you a confirmation email indicating that it has been shipped and give you the tracking number for your shipment. You will then be able to go to https://www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to see the progress of your shipment.
What is Your Return Policy?
All sales through our website are final, once the order is shipped. If there is any reason you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your purchase, we want to know. Please Email Us with the transaction information given to you by PayPal and let us know the reason you are dissatisfied. We will determine the best response on a case by case basis. We want everyone to have a positive experience with us even if you decide you are unhappy with your purchase.
